You get what you get here! It’s fairly bare bones, but the suite has everything you’ll need for a stay. I was in suite one, and despite having some paper thin walls and noisy neighbours on night one, the suite was adequate. Some higher up spots could use some TLC/elbow grease, but it is overall well kept.

Good location, easy instructions for entering the building. Great price point. Comfy bed. Will be planning on staying for any further shows I plan on attending at the Oprah house.

Room very clean and comfortable. Self check in and parking was easy. The staff provided detailed information and there were no issues. We loved the location for what we were there to do,

We enjoyed our stay in #5 on the upper level. It was a good sized 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Reasonably priced, tidy and having a parking spot included was great. The bed was low and super comfy. As mentioned in other reviews there are quite a few stairs, but this was not an issue for us. Communication was great and we were contacted to see if we had checked in and if we had any concerns. The directions for checking in and finding the location were very clear. Transit right outside the door and walking distance to downtown. There were a variety of shops and places to eat in the immediate area.

This is a five-star experience, depending on what you are looking for. Clean, private space, great location, and your own safe parking space in the back is absolute gold. The neighborhood is fantastic with tons of dining options, cute shops, and all kinds of interesting things. If you were looking for fancy amenities, you might rate this differently as it's fairly straightforward and basic, but I've stayed here twice for three-four nights each time and loved it. No staff on site, but they respond swiftly to a text message. Will stay here again.

Great stay in convenient location with cafes, good food and vintage shops within walking distance. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (#3) and loved the comfy beds, bright natural lighting, clean rooms, and airy, high ceilings. Basically we had an apartment! Stairs...yep...they are about 15-20 there and could be a hassle if you have large heavy bags, health issues or medical conditions. One of the bathrooms was large, the other was on the quaint and small side. Easy to see it was an added feature but it was fantastic having 2 bathrooms when getting a family ready for a wedding. The white noise machines were nice touch!

Lum Stay is one of the satisfying places I have ever stayed. The price is very affordable, and the hotel is clean. The only advice I can give is that some towels had other guests’ hair on them. If this issue can be fixed, everything would be perfect.

Great location, super easy check in and bed was really comfortable. However, the bathroom needs a thorough deep clean in suite 1 - I wouldn’t book again but it served its purpose.
